Luis Gonzalez joins the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul after 25 years with Allstate Insurance. He previously served as Vice President of Service Delivery at Hudson Advisors. Gonzalez’s new responsibilities will include programs such as St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy, StudyTime, the Mini Loan Program and St. Vincent Center.

Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas
Tony France, Executive Chef
Tony France will be the first new Exec. Chef for over 20 years at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas. He will oversee the resort’s four restaurants and bars, members-only restaurants, private restaurants, and more. He joins Four Seasons after four years as Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton in Santa Barbara, California.

Dr. Michelle Forbes, Chief doctor
Dr. Forbes previously served as Medical Director of Community Health at Catalyst since 2020, where she addressed health care inequity in Dallas. Dr. Forbes’ new role will include leading the company’s team of medical directors in the South West. Alongside this role, Dr. Forbes will also serve as the Catalyst Community Foundation’s Chief Medical Officer, working to expand the foundation’s impact through community sites for primary care and pharmacy services.

Dr. Jeff Bullard, Director of Product Strategy
Dr. Forbes assumes the previous role of Dr. Jeff Bullard, who will assume the role of Director of Product Strategy. Bullard has been with Catalyst for six years. His new responsibilities will include leading product development and advancement.

Dr. Matt Weyenberg, Chief Medical Officer for Catalyst Senior Health Network
Dr. Weyenberg will lead Catalyst engagement and performance among Medicare-focused members. Dr. Weyenberg previously served as Senior Market Medical Director at WellMed. Previously, he was co-founder and chief medical information officer of Village Health Partners in Plano, where he worked in private practice for 12 years.

Jenna Hemingway, Senior Vice President of Network Strategy and Operations and Executive Director
Jenna Hemmingway will continue in her role as senior vice president of network strategy and operations and take on a new role as executive director. Hemmingway has worked with Catalyst for seven years. She was previously Head of Business Development for StratiFi Health.

Catherine Allen, Director of Development and Senior Vice President
Kathryn Allen previously worked at the American Heart Association for seven years, overseeing development in all four North Texas counties. She also has previous experience as senior vice president for Planned Parenthood, Methodist Health System, and National Math and Science Initiative.

Paula Sacks, Human Resources Director
Paula Sacks will oversee DEI’s talent recruitment and efforts in her newly created role at fixed operator aviation company Atlantic Aviation. Previously, she worked at Engie North America, a clean energy company, as Director of Human Resources for three and a half years, leading communications, marketing and corporate social responsibility for North America.

Sara E. Payne, Senior Managing Director of Valuation and Consulting and Co-Market Leader of Texas and Louisiana
Sara Payne’s recent promotion comes after four years as vice president at Newmark. In her new role, she will co-lead the Texas and Louisiana markets. Prior to joining Newmark, Payne served as Vice President at JLL.

Jeff Smith, Vice President and General Manager
Jeff Smith has been with Omni Hotels and Resorts for nearly 20 years, most recently as General Manager of the Omni Frisco Hotel and Regional General Manager. In his new role within the Frisco PGA development, he will oversee all aspects of the resort, including resort operations, and implement branded services property-wide.

Gus Tejada, Director of Sales and Marketing
Gus Tejada most recently led marketing at Four Seasons Las Vegas for seven years. His previous experience also includes roles with Atlantis, Paradise Island in the Bahamas, The Mirage in Las Vegas and Bellagio Las Vegas. In Tejada’s new role, he will lead Omni PGA Frisco’s sales and marketing efforts and oversee hotel operations and management.

Matt Gray will oversee the vision, strategy and execution of the group’s namesake product, Match.com. Gray’s decade of industry experience includes a product leadership position at Facebook and a product director position at Zipcar.

Dan Dionne, Vice President of Sales
In his new role as Vice President of Sales, Dan Dionne will be responsible for overseeing OneDay’s sales team. He has nearly a decade of leadership and sales experience, coming to OneDay after a six-year stint with CarGurus.

Ryan Grey, Director
Ryan Gray previously served as a director of digital consulting at Big Four firm KPMG. In his new role at OneDay, he will lead product management and user experience, oversee product development, work to improve user experience, and more.

RajRoy, Vice President of Special Products
Raj Roy will join third-party due diligence real estate firm BBG in a newly created role for Special Projects, where he will support cross-functional improvements to the company’s operations, systems and internal stakeholder collaborations. This includes identifying, planning and executing enterprise-wide initiatives and providing hands-on project execution support, including requirements definition, design, resolution problems, quality assurance and documentation of procedures. Roy previously served as a vice president at McKinsey & Co. in Austin.
