FOR the first time, the bai Hotel Cebu joins the Cebu Food and Wine Festival 2022.
As part of the festival’s series of activities, the bai Hotel Cebu is offering a seven-course menu with a vertical wine pairing at its first restaurant, Marble + Grain Steakhouse.
Diners are invited to an exclusive wine pairing to be held Friday, June 24, 2022 at Marble + Grain Steakhouse from 6-9 p.m. The food and wine pairing is priced at P3,888 per person.
Guests can savor a fine selection of exceptional wines that pair best with the culinary gems of the cuisine of the bai Hotel’s acclaimed culinary chefs, Chef Coke Semblante and Chef John Datan. An exquisite seven-course dinner carefully paired with a delicious wine tasting experience awaits all guests. Specialties include Aged Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin with Cabernet Sauvignon and other limited Marble + Grain specialties.
Indulge in dishes specially prepared by talented culinary gems. Chef Coke Semblante and Chef John Datan have prepared a special menu for the evening. Chef Coke Semblante won the recently concluded World Association of Master Chefs Gold Medal and Chef John Datan an all-around chef who has worked in local and international establishments. Their masterful skills are sure to bring flavors to the palate.
