Sabrina Pooja Dey appointed as Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa

The JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa has appointed Sabrina Pooja Dey as the hotel manager. With over 15 years of industry experience, Dey is passionate about curating memorable and meaningful guest experiences.

Dey began his journey with a Customer Service Management program at the Oberoi Center of Learning and Development (OCLD) through a college internship and has gained over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations, customer service customer and quality assurance in the hospitality industry.

A native of Kolkata, Dey served at JW Marriott Kolkata, Oberoi Udaivilas, Oberoi Amarvilas and Oberoi Mumbai during the 26/11 attacks for which she received the Valor Award for her contribution and his courage. After winning the BW Hotelier Food and Beverage Manager (East) award in 2017, Dey then worked at JW Marriott Kolkata and during her time there as the hotel manager, she won the BW Hotelier Hotel Manager of The Year in 2021.

A management maestro, she has strong skills in implementing strategies to support business growth, revenue generation through the sale of products and services, and value creation through the design of new products. Sabrina is second to none in ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, environmental and health standards. She is also an expert in managing catering and guest service operations in business and leisure hotels. His core strengths include creative conceptualization, strategic use of resources to drive profit, and to/in curating exceptional and unique customer experiences.

Her role at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa will be to coordinate with the Executive Chef to plan restaurant menus and monthly promotional activities, analyze sales data and guest behavior to understand trends and use it to execute strategic changes, setting parameters overseeing operations, equipment, future planning and setting the course for achievement or organizational goals. Beyond business functions, she envisions the property as a nest of unity and a worthwhile experience for her guests who can connect with their loved ones.
