A new 14-story hotel is proposed for development in the growing area of ​​the District of Detroit, right next to Little Caesars Arena.

Ilitch Holdings and Olympia Development submitted plans to build a 14-story, 290-room hotel, which would include street-level retail space just off the arena on Woodward Avenue.
