Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the opening of its brand new hotel, the Homewood Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport and H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection by Hilton. Located less than a mile from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the new hotel offers 290 rooms at the City of Angels and offers a great new accommodation option to more than 40 million * business travelers and leisure activities that pass through what is considered one of the country’s busiest airports **. The property is the first hotel in Los Angeles for the two brands, the fourth for Homewood Suites in Los Angeles County. The opening also adds to the growing number of multi-brand hotels that Hilton has currently opened or in preparation in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and the Middle East to better serve both travelers and developers.
The dual brand concept creates larger and improved common areas and amenities than what would be standard in a standalone property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a mix of unique offerings – each catering to the needs of their respective guests – including two separate 24-hour fitness centers, a shared outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also offers 1,800 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The H Hotel Los Angeles will offer upscale accommodations not currently available at LAX Airport. Guests are greeted in the lobby by eight works of art specially commissioned for the hotel, as well as room amenities not found elsewhere at the airport, including Nespresso machines, Temple Spa bath products, and Google Chromecast on every TV. .
