Nobu Hotels Details Global Expansion Plans


Hot on the heels of the recent hotel opening in Santorini and the announcement of a property in Vietnam set to debut in 2025, Nobu Hospitality has also revealed plans for its 30th hotel, which will be located in Tulum. . Additionally, the company is expected to open the Nobu Hotel Atlanta in October 2022.

One of these groups, RCD Hotels, was born from the same family values ​​and entrepreneurial spirit as Nobu Hospitality, and today RCD has become a hotel powerhouse, comprising six Nobu Hotels residences, while maintaining its values fundamentals. It is a special privilege to partner with RCD again for the Nobu Hotel and Residences Tulum.

Set among the white sand beaches and Mayan coastal ruins of the Riviera Maya, Nobu Hotel and Residences Tulum will feature 200 rooms and suites, including 12 villas. A beachfront restaurant, expansive meeting and event spaces, fitness center and spa, and 50 chic beachfront residences will also debut on-site.

Additionally, Nobu Hospitality has signed an agreement with leading lifestyle real estate group Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC) to expand its presence in Thailand, starting with two projects in Bangkok. A Nobu Restaurant is planned for the development atop the city’s mixed-use Empire Tower, while a Nobu Hotel will follow.
