The Ritz Carlton, Melbourne
Located on levels 64 to 77 of one of the four skyscrapers that make up the new mixed-use urban project West Side Place, the Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is consistently touted as the tallest hotel in the Southern Hemisphere since its opening date. first announcement. Opening in the second quarter of 2022, this 119-key hotel will welcome guests to the first nine floors of the exclusive 40-story Kula Belgrade skyscraper in the Belgrade Waterfront Development at Eagle Hill. The tower, designed by SOM, will also house 220 St Regis residences.
The guest experience at the St Regis Belgrade will be enhanced by the addition of a host of luxury amenities, including a panoramic destination restaurant at the top of the tower, an all-day restaurant and the St Regis Bar, inspired by the legendary King Cole Bar at the St Regis New York. Travelers can relax in a spa or swimming pool, work out in a gym or make use of the hotel’s event and meeting space, the interior design of which is managed by HOK’s London studio.
KHŌM Hotel, Phnom Penh
Marking Autograph Collection’s entry into Cambodia, the KHŌM Hotel is slated to open in Phnom Penh in the second quarter of 2022. Developed by WYWAZA Properties, with Bloom Architecture behind the architectural design and FBEYE in Singapore working on the interiors, this 144-room hotel Keys promises to capture the spirit of Khmer culture.
Guests will enjoy access to a range of amenities during their stay, including a themed specialty restaurant, a casual cafe, and an all-day restaurant with a semi-show kitchen. These dining options will be complemented by a sky lounge and bar with views of the Royal Palace, the Independence Monument and the Mekong River, as well as a fitness center, spa and outdoor swimming pool with terrace and bar, as well as a large meeting space.
