Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today confirmed plans to open two hotels in Athens, under a management agreement with subsidiaries of SCD Group LTD. The historic Pantelikon Athens, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 117-room hotel located in the upscale northern suburb of Kifisia, will be the first Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in mainland Greece when it opens in 2024. Hampton by Hilton Piraeus Mikrolimano , an 83-room hotel opening in the popular port city of Piraeus, will be Hampton by Hilton’s first Greek property.

The famous Pantelikon Athens hotel will undergo an 18 million euro renovation before being rebranded as Curio Collection by Hilton, enhancing the hotel and restaurant offering with its unique glamour. Joining a global portfolio of more than 100 unique hotels and resorts under the Curio brand, Pantelikon Athens’ 117 rooms will include 13 stylish suites, with guests enjoying access to the hotel’s premium wellness facilities. . With a fully equipped gym, four spa treatment rooms and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, guests can relax and rejuvenate whether visiting Athens in the cool winters or summer when average temperatures reach 32°C. .
