On Saturday night, fitness community The Park is hosting a free fitness event at the Dubai Internet City Amphitheater called Open Season. Starting at 6 p.m., the evening’s itinerary includes running, yoga, zumba, kick boxing and cross-training and concludes with a sound healing session at 9:30 p.m. Aimed at individuals and families of all ages, The Park brings people together to train and have fun while doing it.

Indian singer, actor and producer Ammy Virk is performing live at the Dubai World Trade Center this weekend with Punjabi singer, Noor Chahal.
